It's not just a question of how to translate the materials into another language but also specific class focuses, students' levels and local cultural and social contexts. Then the point about facilitation of online learning also becomes very interesting. It will be interesting that educators and students can leave reflection notes on teaching/ learning process with specific open course materials for future users of the same materials.
